You can exchange and refund your order within 14 days.
( the exchange and refund for the evening wear within 3 days only ) 

Please, note the refund process takes 5 to 7 working days.

Returns Conditions:
When making exchanges and returns, please bear in mind that:
Any items returned must be in the same condition in which you received them. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in the original selling condition, with tags attached, and with the original packaging.

Delivery Fees:
You are required to pay the delivery fees in all cases (new orders, refunds & exchanges ) We will not pay the delivery or return charges unless we have mistakenly sent you the wrong item or size

Max number of items per order :

Any order will not include more than 3 items, so if you have ordered more than 3 items we will send you several orders for example ( if you ordered 5 items we will send you 2 orders, if you ordered 7 items we will send you 3 orders ) each order will have a separate delivery fees & time.

For orders outside Egypt

No refunds or exchanges for orders outside Egypt.

we are not responsible for any customs, taxes, or additional fees applied by your country 

You are responsible for any communications between you and the courier in your country 

The courier determines the delivery process based on the regulations of each country
